My wife and I fished on Sunday the 15th from around 9:30 am till 3 pm. It was extremely windy which made for a really good day.

We ended up catching over 30 with only 4 being under 14" and 3 of those jumped off at the boat. All the rest were 16" or better. Had 2 at 4# and 1 at 5#. Big fish hit hand poured senko. Other 2 big hit topwater . Caught around 10 on topwater chuggers and the rest on plastics.

Fished out of a Pond Prowler which handles real well in the wind. Water is up to a foot below the pier. Pier has all new wood on it now and looks in real good shape. No weeds and most fish were caught about 15' from bank. Caught fish all the way around lake with most action on the pier side.

Lake looks really good.
