Two friends and I fished Six O Ranch this morning, July 24.  Caught six fish on cranks and a popper in the first hour just out from the trees just to the right of the boat dock, all over the slot.  Moved up and targeted the weeds, since there were numerous fish leaping at the dragonflies.  Caught four cull fish on the inner or outer side of the weeds on soft plastics.  Trolled deep divers a bit, and caught one nice crappie, but no bass at all.  Nothing on carolina rigs or deep cranks casted.

The water is at a great level, and crystal clear.  Weeds are pretty heavy, but fishable with the deeper water.Caught one cull at the dam but it is completely covered with weeds.
