Fished Beaver on Friday 3/27 from about 8:00 - 11:30.  Caught about a dozen bass.  Nothing of any size.  All were about 12 - 14” and were healthy.  I did catch a few females that had not spawned yet.  Most were caught on spinnerbaits, a 1/4 oz. and a 1/2 oz.  Caught a couple on a red lipless crankbait and one on a TX rigged Big Bite Fighting Frog.  Caught most of them on the launch side in 3 - 5’.  Tried deeper with the Fighting Frog and a Biffle Bug/Biffle rig but no luck.  Water temp was between 61 - 63 degrees.  A nice big white dog came out to greet me.
