Forecast for Sunday morning was low of 28, high winds and 20% chance of rain. This is not a lake to fish from a boat alone in high winds so I decided to fish from shore. Imagine my surprise when the weather at 7 a.m. was 61 degrees, no wind and heavy rains. I caught one fish in the 16 inch range and cut the trip short due to the heavy rains. By the time I got home the sun was shining with 20 MPH winds. Figure that one out.
