Dan and I fished this lake on Sunday.  Very nice property; meticulously maintained.  The wildlife we saw help make the morning that much more enjoyable. Four whitetail bucks came up the backside of the dam.  Later a coyote showed up and saw an owl on the drive into the property.  Fishing was slow until the sun hit the lake.  We tried crank and spinner baits, football jigs, Texas rig worms all with no luck.  I caught 2 on a drop shot with a watermelon/black flake finese worm and Dan caught one on a dropshot with a red shad rage tail.  (2 ea 1.5 and 1 ea 2.5 lber).  Caught them all in the deep water 30-40 yards from the dam.  Slow fishing but a nice lake. Water level was low. It was a great time.   Note: there was no tarp on the boat and there were no liability forms in the mailbox.
