I had planned to fish this property several weeks ago, but weather was bad. Today the water was not the best, but I caught 4 good bass; 2, 3.3, 3.5, and 3.7. Air and water temp was 47 with overcast sky and light winds. All were caught on suspending jerk bait in black and gold or a 8" senko fished wacky with weights in each end. 

The 8 was hooked with the senko but barely in the upper lip and came off with a good head shake about  a foot from the boat.  

The weeds in the lower end have greatly receded and the water level is about a foot below the pier.
