However, this is a fishing report. After watching the weather reports all week, Marshall and I decided to give it a try anyway on Saturday afternoon. For once the weathermen were right. We tried for a couple of hours before we were rained off the pond. Marshall caught one nice two pounder on the dam with a ratltrap after we were chased off the water by rain and lightning. We finally gave up and headed home. Two or three hours on the lake is definitely better than that time at work, even in adverse conditiokns. We will be back. This was my first time at Rock Chimney. It is a nice lake. The water looks good.
Oh, we did see quite a few ducks while there. I don't know one duck from another, but they were brown.
