The wind blew fresh to frightening all day in La Grange.  My son in law and I fished rock chimney half a day in the PM on Tuesday.  Very tough day with slow fishing and 30 mph winds.  Managed only 7 fish in 7 hrs .  Must be post spawn conditiones.  Some on floating rattel traps and top water frog baits.  All in all a very trying afternoon.
