Fished from 8am until 6pm on Sat. the 5th. The lake is down 8 to 10 feet, the water is clear and the temp was 62. There are areas where the grass is starting to grow on the bottom. We caught around 30 bass and culled 18 to 20 less than 14in. The largest was close to 3 lbs. The largest we have caught in the last couple trips was a 5lb. Most were caught on rouge, couldn’t buy a bite on spinner bait or top water.

Have you fished there a lot, I was wondering what was your indication that the lake was 8-10 ft low?
This lake has never been a good spinner bait lake. Just isn’t. I have found that soft plastics are the ticket to success at SIX-O
I’m waiting for the Coppernose bream to go on the beds. Now that’s a hoot!
