Had a fun day and caught over 50 fish! We started out catching fish on the first cast and it just never slowed down! We kept 32 under the slot and the rest were over. Always fun to fish this lake. Fish are in the middle of the lake not on the bank yet. Great spot to take kids and lake still has way to many small fish in it but its getting better..

We have accomplished our harvest goals every year for the past 3 years. 3 years ago you might have caught 1 fish over 14 inches. I’m glad to see 33% of the fish were overs. Harvesting does work. Thanks for doing your part.
Members, please remember to harvest only on lakes were it is requested. Lakes change from year to year and do not assume we are harvesting at a lake that we may have harvested last year. For example, we are not harvesting at Sulphur Bluff Deer Trial this year. Please read the requirements sections when you make your reservation.
