Fished this property all day on March 1. Member Tom Strother joined me in the afternoon. I did not get a bite in the morning and also had to deal with a flat tire. The afternoon was much better. I caught 9 (6 in the 3lb range) all on a suspending blue, silver, orange jerk bait fished slow. The bites were aggressive. I did miss a nice probably 5lb near the boat.

I think Tom caught 5 on Tx rigged worm.

I also foul hooked a very nice perch. I can see now why the bass are the size they are.

It was very windy and the water temp was 55-57. The afternoon did have some sun.

The property is maybe 1 ft below the drain pipes on the dam. I did meet the owner as I drove on the property. Very nice person.

If you have never been to this property you are missing some very good fishing.
