Member Mike Svoboda and I fished Rough Creek Lodge Sunday afternoon, January 26th.  Air temp in mid 70’s, water temp 45-48 and winds 5-15 mph.  The lake level is down approximately 4+’ and a lot of the tree tops are just out of the water.  We caught 22, ranging in size from 15” to 18” on jigs, deep diving crank baits and spinner baits.  Most were caught at the entrance to the creek on the right, but did catch several at the very back of both creeks.  It was a beautiful day to be on the water.  The lodge has built a covered platform by the boat launching area that is helpful in loading and unloading gear.
