A friend and I fished for about 2 hours at Black Jack.  Temp was 62 when we arrived at 3:45 and 42 when we left at 5:30.  We got several good bites when we first arrived on spinner-baits and rattletraps.  Fishing slowed till right as we were leaving.  We caught only 3 bass (1-2.5 lbs.) and a perch but had a great time.  We saw a hawk take down a duck and saw maybe 40 whitetails walking single-file in a pasture near the lake.  Water was very clear and lake level is perfect for fishing.
