Hunted a couple of times on JerMar during the week of Thankgiving and saw lots and lots of ducks early.  Mostly Gadwall and Ringnecks but a few Teal and Widgeon mixed in.  Noticed that the ducks like the South end of the lake in a North wind and the North end of the lake in a South wind.  Hunted out of layout blinds on both days.  Got 6 one day, 8 the other.  Mixed bag of ducks described above. 

At this time, the key to hunting the lake is moving to where the ducks want to be.  Be prepared to hunt away from the blind for now.
