Son (fly fished) and I fished conventional on a very nice Saturday afternoon.  Fish weren’t as cooportive as the weather. We caught 5 fish all below 2 lbs.  Grasss was still prevalent which makes for a lot of edges but plenty of water to fish. There were 30 teal that dind’t seem to appreciate our presence as we did theirs.
