Friday afternoon 8-30. HOT and no wind but two of us managed to catch 20 bass and 4 perch. 10 bass were larger than 3 lbs and two were 4.5 lbs…most caught on red/green ZOOM salamanders…lake down 3-4 feet but plenty off lake to fish. Will go back when it cools off!!!

Steve. Thanks for the info. That is good news. Do you have any update about the boat at La Grange? It also had a leak when I fished there a couple of months ago.

John. Did you use the boat? Last time I was there the boat had a leak in the transform. Any info is greatly appreciated as I hope to fish there in the fall.
