Fished Timber Lake on Sunday 9/1 in the afternoon, got on the water around 1:30. IT WAS HOT, nice breeze, but when that died, WOW, it was almost unbearable. Caught about 20 in 5 hours of fishing, broke some off as well as always, which happens here. 5 culled. A word of caution: It is very, very difficult to launch at this site right now as the water looks to be about 3-4 feet low. Glad I brought rubber boots! I was covered in mud!
