15 year old son and I just started fishing for bass this spring and joined the club.  Have a good outings, but trying to learn what to throw and where to fish has been a struggle at times.  We are hooked now.  Caught 38, with several fish at 3 -3.5 lb.  All fish were healthy and fought larger than their weight.  At 8:15 had an 8.5 lb hit a shad crankbait.  We are hooked for sure, now.  Caught most on crankbaits and rattletraps with few on buzzbaits.  Compliments to the owners as this is a nice place and the bass are extraordinary.
