Both lakes are in excellent condition,full and water clarity between 18 and 24 inches.Thanks to a huge rain fall in July.We ran into Brian Bert at the station in Martin Mills,he had seen us and come over to say hello.Anyway he said that they had over 5” of rain at the ranch.

We caught 17 bass on West lake with two over 3 lbs using green tx rig 4” worms.

On East Lake picked up two dozen huge bream from 3/4lb to 1Lb

Grass was not a problem.The lake was very fishable.
