The lake was lower than I thought it would be with all the rain we have had, but very fishable at least with topwaters. But they missed a lot. 2-3 pounders. It was cloudy when I got there at 6pm. But the clouds moved off at 7 and I had to wait until 8 before they started biting again. The crappie always bite.

What you been doing on the crappie I’ve had some success drifting with jigs. Usually the bass the brush on east shore and old pier always productive for me
