Fry
Joe Clayton & I fished from 7:00 a.m. until noon on the 4th. Caught 34 bass, 11 of which were under 14” and were harvested. All the fish were under three lbs. Most were caught on a white Lake Fork ring fry and senkos. A few topwater bites early. Most of the fish were caught on the east side and near the dam, next to the moss.
The lake appears to be down 3-4’. About 30% of the lake is covered with moss. Take a tow strap or rope in order to pull the boat up under the shed when you finish.
I strongly advise not using the seats in the flat bottom boat. They are not bolted on and both of us almost fell in the lake when our seats toppled over. These seats should be removed as they are very dangerous.
