Couldn’t use the Jon boat because of the leak, so bank fished from about 7 to 11 in the morning.Tried some topwater early with a spook, but no luck. Also fished, carolina rig, but no hits on this either. The bass had baitfish pinned along the dam so concentrated my efforts there. Hooked onto six and landed four. All on purple/white shallow cranks. Fish ranged from about 1 1/2 to 4 lbs. Real beautiful fish, very distinct lateral line, and fought well too.

Met the owner, said the water was about 4 ft. low. Also mentioned to him about the leak and he said he would take a look at it and have someone patch it up. All in all a fun day!
