Fished Triple J from around 2pm-7pm with my 6 year old fishing partner. Great afternoon, weather was perfect, winds were light. Landed about 15. But best of all 6 year old son landed back to back 4lb and 3.5lb on small black spinner bait (he landed 4 total). He was very happy about that! His largest to date!

caught on a bit of everything, tried top water before leaving but no luck, but was only 7pm…probably was just about to heat up!
