Fingerling
I debated going the afternoon of Wed the 29th and went on an impulse. Light drizzle when I got there at about 6pm, caught a 3.5 and a 4.3 in just 15 min of fishing on the East shore line tight to structure, but then the lightning started up and the rain really started coming down. Waited about 20 min giving it some time to see if the worst would blow over but finally decided to head home. Glad I did because my Tacoma almost got stuck on the hill on the way out and probably would have had I waited much longer. If you’re going after a good soak, probably a good idea to park next to the gate and hoof it down and back.
