A friend and I fished this site 4/9/2013 in the afternoon.  It was windy but undeterred we culled 14 and caught another 16 between the two of us. We lost another 8-10 here and there too.  We fished the dam mostly as it was the calmest there.  We did catch a dozen at the dock and lost my biggest one 5+ there on a clear shad rap deep diver.  My friend lost one of comparable size at the dam on a tadpole imitation.

We caught most on watermelon and pumpkin senkos then the shad rap and a few on grubs and a white spinnerbait.  The weather was mixed as it was overcast at first then sun and back to overcast by the end.  Wind was 10-20 blowing from the dam to the dock and temp was pleasant 70-80 degrees.  Too much fun and the fish look good.
