Fished an afternoon trip with member Richard Tedder and found Julian to be a tough challenge…. lots of moss making it difficult for using crankbaits and plastic lures.  As water warmed up we started catching a few more fish.  Julian is a shallow lake mostly 1-4’ deep with a few areas around 8-9’.  We ended up with 28 bass( harvested 18) and 4 crappie.  Largest fish was 2.5. Most fish was caught on shallow running crankbaits.
