Fished from noon to 5pm, caught 3 fish, 5.5 and 1.75 lb bass and a 1lb crappy (removed). All on crank baits, I tried every thing else. The big one off of a brush pile. Water is 5 feet low and stained. This place will be cool then the water is up. Lots of cover out of the water right now. The new bass buster is nice, could use some oil on the squeaky seat.
There were about 50 vultures hanging out with a dead beaver when I got there. And right before I leave a wild boar pig shows up and rolled in the mud.
