We set up near the north end and killed the only one that came in to our spread.  Lots of ducks went to the south end of the lake early, then left.  If you go and they are on the same pattern, you could set-up on the east side and pass shoot early.  They were coming from the east and landing about 200 yards from the dam.  Also, there was a lot of shooting in the area.  Most of it was west of the lake and was very close.
