Got to the property at sunrise and started on the West Lake.

DId a full lap around the lake and caught 18.  Water was muddy brown with less than a foot of visibility.  All fish were caught around the shoreline on the dam half of the lake.  No fish were caught on the shallow half.  Unlike last time I was out here, no fish were caught in the flats in the middle.

After one lap I moved from the West Lake to the East Lake.

Took one lap around and caught 8.

This is the 2^nd time I have been out to Twin Lakes an both times I have found the fish in East Lake to be the meanest/toughest fish of any lake I have fished in the club.  There are big fish in East Lake but they are hard to get in the boat.  I was broke off 3 times (lots of submerged stumps) and a couple of acrobatic jumpers that shook me off.  DId manage to land a 4.7lb.

Great time.  Great property.  I’ll be back to settle the score with some big boys in the East Lake.
