In my still novice attempt to learn forward facing sonar, we marked fish all day on the hump/road bed straight out from the blue machunery and fence line.

Caught a couple there on swim bait and rattletrap, but most were caught off the secondary ledge/grassline before the deep drop scattered around the lake on green/white or green/blue wacky rigs. All fish were chunky and heavier than their length would indicate. They must have been full from all the bait balls we kept seeing. Not hungry enough today for us to fill the boat.

Always fun to fish, but had higher hopes than were met. 

Better than working, though, any day!!
