Fished from 7-6. Great weather during the day following rain the night and morning before. Visibility was relatively low, maybe a foot—just enough to allow navigation of most submerged stumps. Limited vegetation allowed the entire lake to be fished in the club boat. I landed 10 LMB weighing between 1.5 lb. and just over 5 lb., most in the 2-3 lb. range, all healthy and fighting hard. I managed to catch fish using a variety of techniques including a 4.3 lb’er on a top water near the floating marker and a 5 lb’er on a drop shot in the timber. In between I caught fish on c-rigs and t-rigs. I found fish on a diagonal running from the corner at the dam opposite the dock running down into the timber. There is also a GIANT carp rolling around that I saw a couple of times. The property caretaker (watching house for owner) estimated it at 50 lbs. I’d support that based on the video I took of it and what I saw. It's likely near 5-feet long. Overall, a really nice day to be outside.
