Fished Acker Lake Friday morning with another member. The lake was full with visibility to three feet.The prior report stating that the fish were not hanging out aroound the shore line vegetation saved us a lot of fishing time. We did test the area but did not invest much time there. I had only one strike..

We caught 48 bass of which 22 were removed. The largest was 4 ¾ lbs and six others were three lbs and over.The brush and trees produced everything for us.We used Trig worms and creature baits along with wacky worms.My friend would work one side of a tree line and I worked the other side. Red bud,wat seed,blue fleck and marti gras were our top producing colors.
