Total Fish/Sizes : 8 bass, very healthy. Between 1.5 and 2.5 pounds.
Lures Used : White buzz-baits, soft plastic, various, POE's shallow crank

Arrived a few minutes later than anticipated, took a wrong turn and had to re-navigate. Water was completely calm,very warm morning. Missed a few on top water by the levee but added a trailier hook and started to hook them.White buzzbait for the first 90 minutes. Moved towards the roadbed but water was very shallow and temperatures were in the mid 80’s. No luck there. Moved back to deeper waters and threw a few lipless crankbaits, they were not interested. Changed to soft plastic in deeper waters and caught 3 more. Was entertained by a family of nutria for awhile, appears they have taken residence on the north side. Typical summer morning with wind picking up by 9 or so. Fun lake to fish.
