First off for anybody that has a 17-19 foot boat you will have no issues getting in and out.  We have a Tacoma and the back wheels were about 8 inches out of the water when the boat was able to be launched off the trailer. (but your feet will get muddy and wet, no way around that)

Great morning to fish.  The temps were in the mid 80’s most of the morning and early afternoon.  We caught 24 total LMB and had to cull 7 of them. Nothing caught of size today.  We caught 2 over 2.5 pounds but the rest were all less than that.  They seems to really love the Brown Lizzard creature bait.  

I will tell you they fight like they are big fish.  Ton’s of energy.  You will be asking for the net as soon as they strike and you will see them and they will be 17 inches.  Given time with some good culling the fish will grow.
