I took my son and daughter to Bremmond on the evening of 8/2. We arrived at 3:30 and had to wait a bit for the storms to pass through. We got in about 2.5 hours of fishing and landed 18 between the 3 of us.  16 were culled with only 2 over the limit and returned. The two returned were ~15 and ~16 inches respectively.  Of the 16 many were dinks and much smaller than when we were there last time. It seems all the big fish are hiding out somewhere that we could not find.

The Ned rig and drop shot were most productive for our needs of numbers. I tried a larger swim worm and paddle tail minnow but they didn't work. The moving bait that worked for us was a 5inch paddle tail worm Texas rigged with a 1/8 ounce weight.
