Landed 8 LMB.   This was our first time at Tara Lake.  Super easy to find and the map took you right to the launching pad.  This was the first time launching the boat off the shore (17 foot Ranger) but it did just fine.  The right tire sank down about 8 inches so I really was suprised how easy it came out when it was time to leave.  Our biggest catch of the day was 3.8 and we had another nice one at 2.10.  The rest where smaller than those two but they had alot of fight in them.  We did have two big boys snap our lines both on the Dam.  The first one was just to the right of the overflow drain and the other was right at the corner next to the fence that comes out into the water that seperates our fishing side from the “side you can’t fish on”.  Somebody needs to go back and catch those two.  Easy 5+.    

The lake has 5-6 “White poles” .  Make sure to fish those spots.
