I decided to fish this property for the first time since joining the club. When I arrived I discovered the hydrilla was out of control. So much so that it was too difficult to launch any boat without getting bogged down and stuck in it. So I decided to attempt some bank fishing but still needed to cast way out passed the hydrilla while trying to maneuver through knee high grass and weeds. I was wearing shorts. I didn't bring boots or long pants so I just gave up in frustration. Sorry guys but it failed to meet even minimal expectations for accessibility. I sure hope it's able to be remedied because I'd like to try the property again if the conditions improve. Not a good day. It is what it is.
