Fished Jones Lake by myself Sat morning. The lake is full of water and vegetation with visibility of 3 ½ ft. A south wind from 3 mph to 9 mph. At the upper range I had to use my anchors and I constantly pulled up maybe 20 lbs of vegetation on each anchor which was extremely difficult to remove. I did a lot of paddeling with an extra 40 lbs attached to the kayak.

Caught 35 bass and removed 13 under 14”. The largest was 2 ¾ lbs. Also caught 12 bream with two at  ¾ lbs each. Had I not spent time around the feeder when it went off the bass total would have been higher.This was the prime time with the lowest wind and less direct sunlight.. 

Fished weightless , 1/32 oz and 1/16 oz weight. The best results were on a wacky rig using wat/seed 5 yum dinger. Caught some on a weightless yum dinger wat/green tx rig and tx rig 4” yum dinger.. Found bass all over the lake.
