Lures Used : Chatter bait seemed to be the lure of choice. However, did catch a few on a frog in the shallow area. Used wacky rig on the banks.

Got up to go and found that Austin was in the middle of a major thunderstorm.  Wind blowing and rain coming down sideways.  Decided to get breakfast and see what happen.  By 6 the storm had moved east toward Thorndale.  We arrived at the lake as the rain stopped and the clouds were breaking up.  We fish from tubes and the first one in caught 3 with on five casts.  The next hour was good fishing, then it slowed down.  We moved to middle of lake and wrapped up the morning with a good day on the lake.
