Beautiful property! Great water color and peaceful setting on a cattle ranch. 
lots of top water action, nothing under 2 lbs, but no fish over 3lbs. 
I would guess only 5% of the 2 lakes are fishable without a boat. 🛶 The map is a must have for a first time visit and definitely a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
