Started morning fishing with frogs with some success in the shollow end of lake. Blow ups were good, even though the fish were small.   Switch over to Berkly Pitt Boss, which quickly became the lure of choice for the rest of the morning.   This 4” creature bait pulled in the bigger fish and we ended up catching over 30 that were 15” up to 3.5lbs.   I have to say, that I never had such a fun morning fishing.  Seemed like we were able to find them all over the lake.  Hot spots were along the dam and in the deep water in the middle of the lake.   We also fished chatter, worms and flukes with some success, but nothing beat the Pitt Boss.

I love fishing Twin Oaks, the tranquility of the lake and watching the sheep and the sheep dogs is a treat.  A couple dogs swam out to check us out and them ran off playing with each other.
