I made a couple of trips around the perimeter between 8AM – 4PM on 5/3 and landed a solid number (25-ish) of small to mid-sized (1-3 lb) LMB. Roughly half were caught along the grass line fronting the launch, the largest, but fewest, in the corner opposite the duck blind. The rest were caught between the duck blind and the point/island. I didn't get bites around the remaining two-thirds of the perimeter. There is a fair amount of vegetation to contend with around the perimeter, especially on the fenced side of the pond. The fish tended to bite 5-20’ off the grass line. Most were caught on t-rigged craws but around five preferred the lipless crank bait running 3-6’ deep.i tried randomly casting into the deeper center of the pond without luck. Lacking electronics I was simply hoping to happen upon some structure I couldn't see.
