Saturday at my scheduled property there was a gate issue and the landowner couldn't be reached for assistance.  A call to Scott Quiqley at PWF saved the day.  He sent me to nearby Riley Lake and I was fishing within the hour.  Much appreciated, Scott!
 

Riley Lake was extremely turbid due to heavy rains the day before.  The bite was practically non existent in the reddish water with visibility only about 6 inches or so.  Only able to land three with two culls removed.  The good news was the 22” bass I caught on a Swim Senco.  
I would like to try this lake again under better water conditions.  It is truly a beautiful, isolated property with a nice getaway cabin for families.
