Went out to Signal Ranch yesterday with my wife.  We fished from 10:30am to 4:30am.  We caught 45 Bass up to 3lbs. on a borad mix of baits.  Although the water was a little dirty from the previous days’ storms, the overcast condiditons yesterday allowed for a solid topwater bite, that went well past 2pm, epsecially in the grass on Frogs.  21 Bass ate the Frog.  There were a couple caught on Buzzbaits.  Then about a half dozwn on Flukes, also around the grass after the topwater bite died and the balance were caught on Spinnerbaits, Generals and Trick worms, cast out from the bank, in slightly deeper water, with about 15 of those coming from shore, while walking around the smaller lake.  Another great day at Singal Ranch.
