I have visited Lee several times and always had little trouble catching a lot of small fish, but not this time.
Fished from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM and boated a total of 7 fish, all measuring 14-16 inches.  The fish were healthy.  The water level is low (the dock is not useable, but the legs of the dock are in the water) and off-color.  There is very little visible vegetation at this time.
