Beautiful day, calm winds at Hickory Ranch. Went for the pm slot. Water levels good, and stained water.

Bank fished, and had a great time...very slow off the deck, but good on north east side, where it’s fairly shallow, and very good down near the island and bridge, on other side.

Fished this lake many times, and today, was really good. Crappie hit, bluegill hit (caught a few that were huge), and bass hit...You really can’t have more fun when you cast and catch fairly often. Swimbait worked the best…...jelly worms worked pretty good too. Probably had 3 2.5 lbs plus, but no 5 lbers today.

All in all, another positive day at Hickory Ranch.
