Lake looked the best I've seen it in a long time, Full and slightly going over spillway.

started at the pvc pole strait out from boat ramp heading across to the point.

Fished From point all the way to the dam

not a single bump.

Went to other end no interest there either.

Water Temps at 58°.

Took break around 10:45

My Fishing Partner John Freeman had a spectacular 1/2 Day  P.M. Trip just the week before  so around 12:30  I headed back to the point across from boat ramp Water Temp now at 60°, within about 10 minutes

the 1st 4lb hammered my bait

and it stayed fairly consistent until about

14:30, Water Temp at 63° now..

Apparently These fish are sleeping in until

the sun is high and the water warms up.

all in all it was a good time

and a nice pre fish for upcoming vacation.
