First time out as a PWF member. Had a great time on Willow lake! Been tube fishing my whole life and thought this would be a good body of water to start out with given its smaller size. It has been mentioned in several posts but it seems that this particular location struggles somewhat with holding water. My guess is that this lake is about 6-7 feet low at the current time and is probably closer to about 4 acres in size. Fine for my tube, but in a boat, probably be hard pressed to make a day of it. I actually went around it 3 times in my tube in under 5 hours. That being said, fishing was really good and caught 27 in total. 10 were culls with the majority being between 2 and 4 pounds. Watermelon/Pumpkin chatterbait with small trailer caught the most fish. Looking forward to checking out other locations soon!
