It was a great day to be on the water.  The fish weren't as shallow as I was anticipating but I adjusted and found them.  I caught 6 that were between 1.5- 2.5 early on.  Then later I caught 2 four pounders who put up a great fight.  I also caught two more that probably had the head of a 4 pounder but the body of a 2 pounder; they were pretty skinny. I'll include pictures of them so you see what I mean.  They were keyed on on crankbaits for me today though I tried a number of lures.
