Fished at Bemmond on a clear, hot (upper 80’s) and nearly windless Saturday afternoon. The lake is very low as previously reported, although access was easy with recent brush removal and grading.  Visibility was 3 to 4 ft.     

Fish were active most of the afternoon, mostly 2-½ to 4 lb, only a few culls.  Many were hard fighters and acrobatic, with several others throwing the hook.  Many of the larger fish were in deeper parts of the pond.
